Auto Accident 2-10 Hwy 82 w. Accident report by DPS shows her discription where vehicles were and what happen just before impack is incorrect & date of her report is dated 2-14.?? I returned to the crash sight on the 13th and took photos of the point of impack. All evidence shows that my truck was fully stopped 9ft off the e. Bound lane & completly on the shoulder & dirt. As an investigater she does not know how to read real evidence. The photos will also show that the other truck that the officer claims I hit was in the EB traveling lane vered to the shoulder and when he saw me on the shoulder as the rear tire tracks show a sec. Before his truck hit mine so hard it knocked my truck back 15 yrds or so and his left. Front tire went up an over my left front of the windshield roof brace. My own auto carrier GEICO is going solely what the DPS accident report states and are assuming liability, without investigating the scene of the accident. If and when this is properly investigated.
