I got cheated by necessities platinum aswell! I observed costs on my citicard from necessities platinum and that I called them. The moment I questioned about my "account" informed them I never registered, the telephone went dead. I called back many times with no one responded? Not really a voicemail? I subsequently named citicards plus they could obtain a "supervior" about the telephone from necessities platinum in addition to the consultant from cititcards. The boss from necessities platinum explained I registered via a 3rd party. A consultant from citicards had enrolled me via me being about the telephone? I NEVER REGISTERED! I requested them both for almost any evidence? Authorized files? Mail? Telephone discussion / documents? They both explained I'd need to create a notice.
I simply experienced this yesterday, obviously I'm mad! I went online to determine who and what the corporation was about. I came across one site / blog after another about how they're conning people
To include more insult. They both punished me for not taking a look at my claims in greater detail! Exactly what does this need to do using the proven fact that this really is ROBBERY! Pity on Citibank! Do they not observe these grievances online?
