I tried to get a free credit report from this company. I had intended to cancel the "subscription" prior to end of the trial period. I forgot, and was charged the $79.95 for a year's service.
Okay, I got charged, my own fault so I didn't complain. However I did call and cancel (or so I thought) the account so that I would not be charged each year.
Imagine my surprise when I receive my bill and find a charge for $79.95 to CIC! I will be trying the phone number listed with some of the other usacomplaints.com regarding CIC.
