Nowadays I acquired a note from their website. That I have to pay for $2,378.32. To Capital One Bank. I called back to determine.

The person stated that I'd a merchant account from 2002 until 2007.By 2002 I had been in Elementary-School!

The most crucial factor is I DO NOT RESIDE IN AMERICA I 'VE NEVER HEARD ABOUT COB
