I received a letter from this company stating that they were notifying me of a bill I had not paid. When I stated that I did not have any such bill, the rep rudely told me that no one had to send me a bill. I asked when the bill was from and she stated 2006. She repeatedly and rudely insisted that I owe the bill. I advised her that I dispute the validity of the bill. She stated that she was going to note on the acct that I refuse to pay. I stated that if I received proof the bill was valid, I would only be able to pay $%. 00/month due to fixed disability income. She again stated she would note on the acct my refusal to pay. I asked her name and she hung up on me! I called back and as soon as she answered I asked to speak to her supervisor-she immediately hung up again. I don't think they are legitimate. They certainly are rude, unprofessional, and liars.
