I Received a bill from Legacy. It states that I owed a bill, I called & was placed on hold over 6 times in 2 days. I did talk to emoloyees there Sam, Anthony & a Luis. They were so rude & would not listen that my phone had been disconnected prior to this bill. This was not my bill. A month later I received a higher bill, again I tried to notify them. With no solutions resolved. Again I called & spoke with Sam he hung up on me. I called back & got Anthony he stated he was a supervisor. He treated me poorly, called me names. I wrote in a dispute & now have received a final notice. I do not own this phone # have not in over a year. These men are crooks & work for a crooked company! I have contacted the BBB & EOCC all of you out there should do the same. Lets end this companys fraudulent bills. Do not pay your bill with this company unless you are 0 sure it is yours.
