Hello, I'm haveing the run-around with W Of The. I've 2 mortgages with BofA.in Oct. I published I cheq for equally Loans, wilth EQUALLY mortgage #s-on the cheq. It had been put on one mortgage.
I acquired a phone late March from the cdebt collector, declaring my bill was deliquent. On calling W Of The, I had been informed the whole quantity was put on ONE mortgage. I was guaranteed this was fixed. It was Oct. 26th. On Oct., 28th anything inexplicable occurred, actually Bof A cant describe. Our cost was CORRECTED without any track of wherever it visited.
Hence demonstrating this one of my mortgages didn't obtain a cost in March. Our November cost was put on March, December cost to November, and January to December, thus however 30 days overdue and spending late fees.
Speaking With Bof A, you receive a brand new person every time. On Jan 6th., had a supervisor that I spoke to, and he or she asked me to contact her January 15th, to determine if fixed.
