Falsified certification of disbursment pending saying i was awarded $2,450, 900.00

I recieved a document stating that upon reciept of the access form that immediate release of cash and prizes amounting to 2,450, 900.00 us dollars is mandated and shall be executed immeediatly to me. Said documentation is lawfully mine upon reciept of 20 dollar report fee and requires immediate attention. I know this sounds to good to be true but i sent the money anyway. But never recieved any check for my claimed winnings.
