In all the time I had this account I only missed this one payment. They refused to consider not reporting it to the credit bureau.in fact, they were rude about it. The people answering the phone cannot speak English. They charge too much for interest - 24% and charge $10-$15 for a payment on the phone. They and their customer service really suck.
