Good Phone #! Helpful employee & resolution of account!

As previously noted by another writer, the phone # 516-576-8706 is valid. I was able to speak with someone by following the prompts to make a checking my balance and making a payment.

The lady was courteous, though I'm sure tired of all the nasty phone calls. I had previously, about two weeks ago, written a letter (sent in with my payment) to Card Processing Center. I simply stated that the late fees were unsubstantiated and I would appreciate a credit to my account. They not only credited my account the two late fees but the remaining unpaid balance of 6 dollars and some odd cents. I know it seems like a long process but its worth a try. Hope this helps!
