I closed my account a while back because I was sick of paying all of there ridicolous fees. They continue to charge mee $10 a month plus interest, plus $35 late charges. So I called to make arrangements with them and they said if I pay $70 dollars by the 31st they would take off the late charge and this would bring my account current. So I paid. I checked my account on the 2nd and they never took off the late charge and they said I was late on another payment. So I called them up and asked what was going on. Well the guy from india or where ever said" I can take another payment from you"! He said I dont know what they told you we are a different department. So they will not recieve one more penny from me.
