Was making minimun payments before husband got laid off and then became sick.
When the payment was late they would charge a late fee which would then go over my limit and then a overlimit fee.
I called to make payment arrangements and at first they told me No. That I would have to be late at least 6months then they would negotiate.
When I did that then the total amount was so over with late fees being charged that they would make an arrangements only for six months of 154.00 and it would go below my limit.
When the next billing cycle came the minimum payment would double.
