I settled a debt down entirely in september of 09.in december i received notification that my wages were being garnished due to non pymt with this same debt. After i approached ucb they said they didnt receive notice the debt have been paid. Our question was why didnt you contact your client and verify your debt wasnt settled before taking things to courtroom? Which kind of collections agency is that this? Today i've to attend weeks to recieve a refund from the organization i've already paid.
