Mary Jane Elliott - Collection Agency and Midland Funding - Junk debt Buyer has sued and garnished consumers wages without proper notification or verification of debt.
I have recently (2/19) been victimized, having my assets frozen and $6200.00 removed from my account without any notification of being sued (no Summons or Complaint or Default Judgement). Furthermore, Mutual Funding is not the original creditor and has not shown sufficient proof that I owe them anything. The original account was charged off in 1999, which as far as I know means the statute of limitaions had expired.
This Lady has got to be stopped, but I need your help, she is cleaning out/ripping off Michigan consumers. Please reply with any information about this collection attorney and/or the junk debt buying agency.
