I've been provided the runaround by Wells Fargo for over 3 1/2 weeks now. I've a current 30-yr. Mounted mortgage together at 5.875%. I have been attempting to refinance with Wells Fargo at an interest-rate of 4.875%. By having an flawless cost report, a credit score of 800 and an evaluation that determines a LTV of 27/62, I believed that I Would cruise through the refinance process. Not too. Wells Fargo has stated that they cannot move forward using the mortgage due to industrial room in my own residence building. This is actually the only problem supporting my refinance. Our residence is in Ny! There must be no real surprise that there's one industrial room in the foundation of my 17-story residential residence. Iam so shocked in the support I've obtained from Wells Fargo in this whole procedure. No body seems prepared to actually examine the industrial area problem with me. Our next transfer might be to get hold of my Congressperson/Senators.
