Our mortgage was purchased by Wells Fargo 10 years ago. We are pre approved with excellent credit so we wanted to refinance for a lower interest rate. We started the process 13 weeks ago and are no closer. They keep asking for more and more information. Each time we send what they want we are told that this is all they been waiting on and as soon as it is received they ask for more. We have purchased 3 homes and refinanced in the past and NEVER have we took this long or been through a nightmare like this. Just say NO to Wells Fargo.
