This company has got to be the bottom of the mortgage barrell. They committed forgery to put our loan through. We would not have know this if we hadn't asked for a copy of our file. They actually sent us the forged HUD-1's - which indicated they were paying off all of out debt.
This was the only way the loan could go through because without paying off our debt, the debt to income ratio would have been too high. I am seeking to speak with others who have experienced the same or similar issues. How do I not pay them one more dime until I file a law suit against them?
