Closed my account without notification. Their phone number is useless. Dirty ripoff dogs

I noticed on my statement, that my account was closed. This happened with no notification and no reason. I have always paid more then the minimum and always on time. The phone number listed for customer service (888-955-5121) has proved useless. It's been busy for two straight days and I have no other way of getting this resolved. Does anyone have any suggestions?
