I have been a Citibank customer for 10 years. I have one of their credit cards. I was late once in September and just noticed on December 24th (Merry Christmas) that CitiCards has been charging me 25 percent. Those are loan shark rates. How do any of their employees sleep at night knowing they work for such an evil corporation?
25 PERCENT is a rip-off! I will pay off my credit card with Citibank and never ever do business with them again. This is how they treat their customers.
