This company has ripped me off by charging false late fees. I sent a payment by mail 7 days before the due date and I was charged a $35.00 late fee because it came a day later (from what they are saying)!!

This is a lie. I have always sent my payment on the 20th of each month for arrival before the due date of the 29th!
