Tri Counties Bank is persistently vague aboutelectronic fund transfers, processing procedures, and are historically notoriousfor holding back, and changing the order and dates of transactionsin their drive to gain multiple overdraft charges.in furtherance of this goal, TriCounties removed the running balance column from their online banking serviceclaiming technical difficulties while updating their webpage and severalyears later, still havent worked it out. Business customers still have thisfeature and regular customers are now told they may have it added back in for anextra fee. Their quarterly report to the SEC shows: "Also contributing to the increase in noninterest income was a $127,000 (3.1%) increase in service charges on deposit accounts to $4,207, 000, a $123,000 (10.6%) increase in ATM fees and interchange revenue to$1,287, 000... Due to the nature of the banking business, the Bank is at times party to various legal actions; all such actions are of a routine nature and arise in the normal course of business of the Bank.
