FCNB LATE FEE RIP OFF ripoff business from hell

I too am being riped off by FCNB. I sent in a final payment of $197.39 the total amount owed in March as the option to make a payment was not on my statement. I was contacted in June and said that I owed the entire amount plus late fees. I pay all my bills on-line except for this one so when I sent the final payment I thought I was done. I have since stopped payment on the check I mailed in March (has never been cashed) and was in the process of sending another one when I stubbled on this website. Now I'm not sure what to do.

I know $197.39 isn't alot, but when you have been paying them as long as I have, indured their late fees here and there and then you get to this point it is more than frustrating to received a new bill for over $300.00, not to mention the harrasement calls I'm sure I will get if I don't send this in.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and yes I would be more than happy to join a class action suit!
