Ocwen Ocwen's website reports payments as not made, cannot speak to human being to fix this! Payment WAS made

I am so frustrated with Ocwen; I feel like I am about to have a heart attack.

I get automated calls almost daily from this company—why, I have no idea. I pay my mortgage bills on time.

When I call their number, I get led through a maddening automated system. It is impossible to find a human.

The web site reports my payment as not made. Yet, the phone line reports last payment made (and on time).

I get threats from Indians who tell me they will foreclose! For what?

I get scary letters from Ocwen all the time. I did nothing wrong. My mortgage was sold to them.

This seems like a corrupt and frightening company. What recourse do I have? How can I protect myself and get away from Ocwen? When will they leave me alone or fix their company problems??
