I observed the garry Vacuum plan on 12/5/09, it looked very impressive, and so I requested 1 that evening. I had been buying light vacumn to buy. I currenty own a Kirby, that will be dealing with large for me personally. I received my new vacumn on 12/12/09 and tried it out. To my dissappointment it didn't get your pet hair, not really by heading bfack and forth. Dog hair is just a large problem for me personally and because it wont get like publicized I don't wish to maintain the vacumn. I named to come back it and was informed I'd not be refunded the 49.99 delivery and handling and that I would need to spend to deliver it back and non refundable, as well as the vacumn luggage that I paid $9.99 for I'd not be returned, and so I feel this can be a complete rip-off after I wouldn't be refunded for attempting this vacumn out when it's to become satisfaction guarenteed. Why must I need to spend in delivery and handling costs altogether $90.00 to test a brand new vacumn for one day?
