I ordered 1 vacumn cleaner from Igia on Nov. 19 for 79.99. My bank statement showed that they debited $205.35 from my account. On Dec. 21 I contacted Igia about the error, I was told that 3 vacumns were on my order. Since the order hadn't been sent out yet I cancelled the order. I was given a order cancellation number and was told that I would receive a full refund back into my account within 3 weeks.
It has been 5 months and I haven't received a refund yet. I have called twice a week for the past 5 months. For the first month when i called I was always told that they were having problems with their system and would receive a refund as soon as the system was restored. The months following and up until now when I call to inquire about my refund I get hung up on, transfered to a supervisor (automated, message) who has never returned my calls, or no answer at all.
It has been 5 months and no one has contacted me as to why I haven't received my money back. I have not received a vacumn cleaner, and have yet to receive an apology from this company. They have the worse customer service that I"ve ever encounterd. I work in customer service and I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I"ve been treated and ignored by this company.
