I should have done research on Bank of America before opening a checking and savings account with them. I had recently opened an account a month ago, on 12/11 I went to an ATM to make a deposit it came up stating my debit card was invalid. I went inside and spoke to a clerk who then gave me a number for the risk department. Now I don't use checks, I don't have overdraft protection. My accounts were never in the negative as a matter of fact when they closed my account I had $19 in my checking and $9 in my savings. When I called the risk department some snot nasty ass woman told me to refer to the terms and conditions of the contract and they do not have to disclose why they closed my account I told her that was crap and I do have the right when it comes to my money and if it was compromised I do have the right to be notified. I went back to the branch and spoke with a representative who could not give me any answers as well, but said that Risk had put notes on my account. I told her that you people have a shitty way of treating your customers and they can take what was left in my account and shove it up their asses. I did file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and will be contacting a lawyer. People have gone up against B Of A and won their cases. And I read the rebuttals from B Of A reps, typical responses. Yes Bank of America is a corrupt corporation and their employees are no better they're just low life scumbags.
