Ripoff late fees, collection harrassment. FNCB sent my account to collection AFTER I told them I was moving and gave them an address

First Consumers National Bank (dba Newport News fashion credit)
Living in Hawaii my pyment form always arrived late, when paying by phone I was charged extra percentage late fee. I never received payment notice until pyment was already late, company would not accept check for payment without payment form. If I sent check without form to get ahead of late charge they would send check back.

I moved to California sending them new address before move. Six months later I receive notice account has been sent to collection with over $200.00 dollars in late fees. They claim they had to "hunt me down". I bit the bullet and paid because I did not want my credit destroyed, (I am already battling Capitol One on same issue).

Now after paying $238.48 to FCBS Inc, (collection agancy?) The agency has returned my check telling me that my account has been returned to First Cconsumers National Bank. Letter states I have a zero balance and Iam to send all future payments to FCNB. No one seems to have an address or phone number for FCNB. I found them through your report. Is there a lawsuit pending? Please keep me informed Thank you
