In August I was approach by two Lease Finance Group sales representatives Joseph/Kim McConan about the Nurit 8000 credit card terminal the two told me that I would have a six month trial of the machine and I was told me that had six months to cancel the lease with no obligations and I signed the lease only because I believed everything they told me. I was also told that the lease was 100% negotiable and that at any time I wanted to pay off the Nurit 8000 early that all the interest would come off like a car loan and you would only pay the value of the machine. I was also told that my lease was a cash buyout and not a lease where I had to send the machine back at the end at the end of the lease and he said that I did not have send the credit card machine back because at the end that I would own it. I was told that my lease was setup on short pay and that after the six months trial that I would only be obligated to pay for the machine only for the months that I have it. On August 30 I contacted liar Joe and his wife liar Kim and told them that LFG debited 106 from my account and he told me that it was ok because he was going to give me a refund so I believed him again until he never gave me my money all he and his wife did was give me the run around about the refund and the lease. So I called LFG on my on Sept. 1 and they told me that this is a non-cancellation lease and I told them what Joe McConan and Kim McConan had said and they replied that they are not responsible for what they said so I researched both companies fully and saw that both businesses have Fs with the BBB. Now knowing that JOE and KIM are BIG LIARS I searched for help on the internet and Jason of Jason Balloon Creations in Illinois helped me get out of my lease. On Sept. 15 I talked to Jason he told me to close my checking account everything they have with your account number, send the machine back to LFG certified along with a letter of cancellation telling them why I am cancelling the lease; write the Chicago, Alabama and New York Attorney General Office, however, in my opinion all you need is the Chicago attorney general because they will get you out of this unjust lease. On Nov. 19,09, I received my letter from the Chicago Attorney General Office and LFG agreed to let me out of my lease. BEWARE of GENESIS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS in Anniston, Al big ripoff company. Joe, Kim and Dawn will lie to you at all cost. If have been ripoff by these losers please contact Jason by googling his business because he will help you and turn them in to the BBB and LFG in to Chicago attorney general this will work. If you sit back and do nothing then you will pay LFG thousands on something worth only 550.00 and you will never own the machine.
