here it is 12 and still the mortgage is basically the same
i'm getting a flip flop mortgage balance one month its one thing
The next it's another. I was told we didn't pay insurance in 2004
2005 and they put insurance on our account jan when i had outside
insurance i contacted their insurance co. Which i found happens to
be the one i have
Outside insurance with, the young lady from the insurance
was informed she was being recorded the insurance agent
stated they never place insurance on us so i told
her she was being recorded as we contacted the cit group
And they said they seen no signs of me oweing any insurance
the insurance lady had told me that there were insurance refunds
i was due and the cit group said they don't give back refunds
Even if they find we have insurance with another company they
place it on your principbal at the time i wasn't thinking clearly
but the insurance lady ask if they could send me a report on
My home sense i purchase it so i could see the refunds cit group
never informed me of cit said we sure can i haven't seen
that report yet i spoke with another lady at cit group because
It just dawn on me what she had said i ask how can you take
my money when i have outside insurance that's illegal she said no it
isn't we apply it to the principbal and i told her they were stealing
From my family if we owe you insurance why weren't we notify
six years ago when this happen and why would you attach it to
my mortgage why wouldn't that be a separate bill sense it was
so long ago so i told her i see where you said you would take the
Insurance off my account but you haven't then i was told it takes
time i receive the letter after some months went by and they took
it off but yet i was still being billed then they sent me a statement
Saying i owe 880.00 in which i had already sent 300.00 so it brought
it to a total of 580.00 this was in october the insurance was taken
off then i received another letter saying i owe 2,229 then one
For 2,800 now just to days ago i recieved a letter saying i owe 3,107
they say my balance is 51,005.62 it just change if they have place those
refunds on my principbal how come my balance is not down after all
Granted the house started out at 58,200 we paid 6000 down
i ask in the name of Jesus if someone would help straighted
this mess out because my family have been through enought
we have been paying on a doublewide that has fallen apart and we are
Trying to maintain by doing things ourselves we received press board cabinets
they fell completely down and walls that was bowed all cheap material
we ask in the name of Jesus if someone will listen and help we are being
robbed. We ask in Jesus name "help"!
