Hi im reporting chase because they gave me a credit card i was making the minimum payments, but situations got difficult and i was left with 3 kids to raice bymyself. I moved from the adrres they had on file 2 years ago and i never received any collection letters to inform me of the status on this account. I work from 4am to 8pm to sustain my 3 children i pay a babysitter and and have alots of expences from them. I just got back to work from being 5 months on dissability and i just got my first paycheck and 190$ was missing I asked my employer and they told me my salary is being garnishedby chase. I was shocked because they are taking 25% from my check Im the only house hold in my home, i dont know what to do and i dont even know how much the debt is at this point. The only thing I know is that i pay 1000$ rent for a 2 bedroom apartment and i have utility bills and i have to also feed 3 kids and chase is taking the food away from my kids mouth now that the holidays are coming I wont even have money to buy them gifts. I m really sad and desoriented because i dont know what to do to stop this ripoff, because I dont know how much they say i owe them. Im willing to pay 50$ a month because being a single mother of 3 is not cheap. Please Help.
