Ocwen is stealing my home! Ocwen first refused to accept money in November. I was told my home was in foreclosure... But to this date I have never recieved foreclosure documents. I went to the State of Ohio for mortgage help in September. I qualified for help since falling behind 3 months due to illness. Ocwen has recieved faxes, letters and phone calls (I am ususally transfered, put on hold forever and hung up on) requesting a document so the State of Ohio can release money to catch up my mortgage. Ocwen has ignored all requests and will not explain anything to me. I requested the documents for the Presidents home plan and foreberance documents. Ocwen has ignored my requests and has not sent them.
I have been charged thousands in fake fees... And I have had 5 seperate individuals come onto my property (tresspassing) representing Ocwen taking PICTURES of ME, my CHILDREN and my HOME.
I am now 9 months behind and I am sure will be forced to vacate at anytime.
I am filling complaints with the BBB in Florida, Ohio Governers Office, Ohio Attorney General, Florida Governers Office, and the Florida Attorney General. I am also seeking to join in a class action suit or other suit.
