Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing how do I get help

Please help, CIC Credit Monitoring Service billed me for $79.95 and I did not consent to the billing. I requested a free credit report a month ago and now they charged my credit card without my consent. I am not the only one. Please help they will not refund me. I have recently sent off a dispute to my credit card company. Please help I am a victim.
