On November 20 I attempted to use my Bankcard Services Pearl MasterCard to make a purchase, which was denied. I called the online bank service to check my balance, and although I had a balance, it was way below my max and the balance was not past due.
I received a letter from Bankcard Services on November 23 dated the 18th, telling me that they had closed my account. No reason was given.
I have paid in full every month for the last three years. I may have been late once, back in 2006.
Is this legal???
