Because of a job loss, I fell behind in payments. Always had a difficult time getting a call back from Litton. I called many times and left messages. I got a trial modification offer and I signed it. They requested a hardship letter, an IRS form signed and the agreement signed. Sent my first trial payment. This was returned 3 days after the payment was due. Then I got a letter saying I did not comply with the agreement. I called litton, faxed a note and a copy of the letter received with my returned payment. Next thing I know a realtor informs me they foreclosed on my house and I later that week their lawyers posted a three day notice at my gate. I should at least get a notice of sale and a denial to my trial modification. They keep sending me to the people that handle the foreclosures and they refer me back to litton. I want to join a class action lawsuit. I have an 84 year old and 4 kids with no place to go.
