Litton loan was unfair to me and my. They foreclosed on our house on october 12. They added all kinds of costs that didn't have anything to do with the loan. They lied about giving us a extention on our sale date. So when we called for the pay off they said we owed 96,000 on our house. We only payed 68,000. We lived in the house for 16yrs. My husband got hurt on his job and they let him go. He went had to have 3 surgerys on his rotor cup in his right shoulder. That's when we got behind on our house payment. Litton loan turned the foreclosure over to southlaw lawyers and the both ripped us off. We had someone that wanted to buy our house to help us from losing it and litton loan won't answe the phone or call them back when they left messages. One of their cutomer service rep, by the name of donald gallardo was very rude and a lair.
