Buying an Integrated Systems money order is equivalent to throwing your money away. I bought a money order to pay a bill (should have used my debit card, lesson learned). The money order was never received by the recipient, when I learned of this I called Integrated Systems and was informed that it had been cashed. Um, WTF?
I was then told that if I wished to receive a copy of the processed money order I would have to fill out the back of the receipt and mail it to them. I also had to send a $15 processing fee. Again, WTF?
I sent the ridiculous fee (I'm not referring to the amount, just the fact that I got screwed and had to pay to find out how and who) along with the receipt via certified mail.
Since then I have called Integrated Systems numerous times to check the status of my 'order' only to be told that it hasn't been processed yet. It is a complete hassle to get a live person on the phone and even more of a headache when you actually do. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you that one is not available. I called bs on this and they become even more rude. They place you on hold and when they return state that a supervisor is not available at this time.
Since my request had not been processed I asked what was the next step after it is indeed processed. I was informed that once I receive the copy of the processed money order and if I see that it was cashed by someone other than the recipient I was to call back and inform them.in turn, they will them forward it on to their fraud division. I'll say it again, WTF?
Hello, I know it's fraud. If DIRECTV never received it and it's been cashed, obviously something is not right.
So bottom line, I still have not received any correspondence, I have an over due satellite bill, I'm out $225 (cost of money order, processing fee, and certified mail fee), and I am not getting anywhere with Integrated Systems, who btw hide behind the Western Union name.
Lesson learned... I will NEVER buy a money order again and it looks as if I will never receive what I had STOLEN from me.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS... If there is a problem you will be treated like the criminal.
