Poor service!

I delivered TWO (2-)$500.00 500 money cash to my child, she never received them. I named to prevent Cost and was informed I had a need to a Two (2) CUSTOMER SERVICE AFFIDAVIT, Two (2) MONEY ORDER CUSTOMER REQUEST FORM & Two (2) $15 money inspections, one for every money order. I had been informed that after they obtained the paper-work AN END cost could be released. I contact (4) four times after I send them. Talked to Louis (2517) and was informed at the moment the Cash weren't banked after which was informed it'll now consider Thirty Days to prevent payment from today. I will observe waiting One Month to get me return, although not thirty days to prevent cost that's an illegal business training.
