Please don't buy any pre-paid debit or credit cards. They charge fees and then keep your balance when the card expires. Here is one example, a VISA Debit card by PERSONIX www.888extramoney.com or call 888-890-0307 where all you can reach is a recorded message telling you your card has expired. Cha-Ching! The money they get to keep is all of it and no person will rise up to refund it or issue you a new non-expired card with a balance left on it. I left the entire balance on my card and did not realize it would ever expire. Why should it ever expire? It's cash put onto plastic. So they keep my life's savings and I am ripped off!
