This company should have an automatic denial if a direct deposit should be put in error. They blamed me for a deposit to a closed account and didnt contact me or tell me there was an error. I even had a direct deposit post from the same place the same day. I notified THEM to tell them of the error and to track the monies. It took over 7 days to even get it back to my employer. This was an obvious mistake that I played no part in, and the Employer had all the correct information. The failed deposit resulted in NSF fees that kept going, and they gave me $75 back and said it was a courtesy, but charged me over $2000 in NSF to even try to get myself squared away and caught back up. All my wages went to the bank and they do not care - said there was nothing they would do and that it wasnt there error. Great service for a single parent now trying not to fall behind on her bills
