Forclosure prevention lol they are trying to foreclose on my mothers home in which she is disabled on a fixed income of 735 and bank of america is a fluxuating loan. At 587.83 (leaves her with 147.17 to pay all other bills) right now not counting any of her other bills. They have started foreclosure on less then 6 mo of late payments in which last few weeks we have sent 2 500.00 payments which have not been deducted from the loan. They refuse to allow a hardship saying she can make payments which we applied for in Feb of 09 and never answered to about it. They say she is in no hardship on oct 21 she was served with papers for foreclosure. I called the attorney and asked reinstatement amount said they would have to order. Gave me number to bank of america they said they cannot give the amount because as of 10-13-09 the reinstatement amounts were delivered to attorney and they can no longer access the amount now I have left 5 msg with this attorney and no return call has been made back to me as of yet. Thank You Jennifer Little River SC
