Since June 09, I've observed costs from HMS Films being billed in the price of $19.95 monthly to my Amex Gold Card. Originally I believed the costs were for films that I'd ordered but hadn't obtained (back-requested). I subsequently recalled that in September 09, I'd terminated my purchase for that film. Nowadays (21 Oct. 09) I named the HMS Films telephone number (866-566-8434) and spoke with among the customer support representatives (Mr. July Cadiente). He toled me this is just a support that I'd activated to in July after a preliminary "test interval, " also it named me to get films of my option in a discount price. I told him that used to do not donate to the support, there is no previous notice of ongoing costs, which I sensed that I had been eligible for a return. Mr. Cadiente decided to instantly stop my "membership, " and credit my Amex take into account the costs ammounting to $79.80, since June. I've approached American Express and spoke with a repetition. That has decided to banner my take into account these costs and check the consideration to determine if HMS Films really do credit my take into account the cash they took from me. When the costs aren't returned, Amex may persue the problem and take away the costs from my bill.
Clearly this can be a fraud along with a ripoff for providers NOT made to some "customer" that has never required OR decided, up front, to cover. I encourage everybody that has been the topic of this rip-off to get hold of HMS Films, and also to inform them of one's discomfort, and demand immeduiate cancelation along with a complete refund. ESSENTIAL: Then contact your charge card support (s) and inform them aswell, since when they DON'T learn about it, you're still within the container for that costs.
