Billing for movies not ordered

Direct TV charged us for 2 films that people didn't purchase. We terminated Direct TV support and delivered the container and entry card in March after having stopped the support for 6 months in August. Less a month afterwards in April Direct TV charged us for 2 films we did not purchase. The films were presumably requested one-and-one half decades earlier in June 20 and March 4.

Per Erving (in Colorado, CO) Direct TV was not ready to bill us earlier since we did not possess a phone-line connected towards the Direct TV container. Erving would not pay attention to what we'd to express. He held declaring the Primary TV container does not lay and repeatedly insinuated that people weren't informing the truth. We didn't purchase the films, or would be the movies something we'd actually be slightly thinking about viewing. No body within the household requested the films (you will find just two people within the home). We believe "Erving" offered us a phony name as he'dnot let's keep in touch with his boss, or would he provide us his administrators title, despite recurring requests. Erving stated he was charging our charge card and there is nothing we're able to do about this. Evidently Direct TV can bill for films not requested and obtain away withit.
