I am offering you a chance to rectify the wrong that you imposed on my Mother, Virginia Faye Summerhill. Around March of you deducted $199.00 from my Mother's checking account. Promising things that you did not comply with. You also sent her another letter stating that you are going to deduct another $99.00 from her checking account on July 1.
My mother has no use for your fraudgelent services. She never even activated any service or credit with your company. Do not deduct anymore money from her account. We also expect to see a refund of $199.00 that you deducted from her account last year.
If the refund is credited in her account within 30 days, I will update this Rip-off-Report in a positive way; if deserved.
