CRS Home Shopping Network, First National Card Ripped me off - Widthdrew Money From My Account without My Approval

This Company is a Rip-Off. They called with an Offer of a Credit Card to the Tune of $6,500.00. I have no credit History and i trhought this would Help me build the credit history. They took my Check account Details and Deducted $199 which they called processing fee. I received there package in the Mail. There was no Catalogue in the Mail package i received. The website was continuosly giving problems and would never be able to make any order. Besides there merchandaise was cheap quality staff nothing out of the Quality Brand Names we all no. Some of the items never had any brand names.

Just a few weeks Later my Account was deducted with two transactions of $49. A Total of $99.98. I called my Bank and they gave me the name of the Company that widthdrew funds and i called CRS Home Shopping to inquire and was told its for activation and something else. I spoke to the Supervisor who advised me that everything about our conversation was being recorded. I stressed to her that i need my Account Closed and all my Money refunded because i could not deal with people who deduct money from my account without my Authorization. Little did i know that a further widthdrawal of $99 and $19 were to be processed in my Checking Account. I was furios and called back the Company and they acted as if they were avoiding me till i talked with one Supervisor who i told to listern to my prior Conversation and she told me that there was no such conversation in their records. It made me more angry and i demanded to speak withg the Manager In Charge whom they kept tellig me is busy. She promised that she would refund the last two deductions of $99 and $19 and its been more than 8months now and still have not received anything.

In Total i have been ripped of almost $420.00. I work so hard to get $400 and its not fair for someone to just take advantage of me. I am only two years in the US and did not know how to pursue this. I have been inconvinienced so much by this not to mension that i had to forgo buying somethings for my kids think that i was getting my future taken care of.

I Urge everyone not to be ripped by this Company.
