My 82 yr. Old mother is naive about these type of scams and didn't tell me anything until 2 days ago. Money has been deducted out of her checking account more than once a month. Now we have to figure out how to get all of her money back. She doesn't understand that a lot of her mail are scams or frauds. She's been taken advantage of, she believed these people. I am very upset and angry.
