I got a phone call today from this place say tha i was being sued for a payday loan that i never took. He said that i would loose my job and go to jail he had all my person bank information when i told him i was going to go to my bank to check into this matter he gave my 15 minutes to fax him a letter that said i owed this money and then give credit or debit card to get the funds. I told him that i would go to my bank first he said he would just see me in court. And that i would go to prision for fraud and all other kinds of charges. When i asked for docmentation that this fund was put into my account he said that he could only provide that to me if the downloaded a case against me. After talking with my bank and getting this information that it is a scam i called the person back only to get voicemail or to be hung up on or someone else that informed me i had the wrong number that they were in the "entertainment buisness" and did i need them to send someone. Folks this is a fraud in the making if you get one of these calls and you know that you did not recieve funds and they cannot or will not provide documentation of the transaction do not give them a dime. They use threats of all kinds in the makeing best you contact the attorney general of your state.
