Fairbanks took over our mortgage for Equicredit in April. We made all of our payment, then the next thing, we receive a letter saying that they were about to sell our house. We have just reestablished our credit after a previous chapter 13, now we are considering doing it again in order to save our house.
No one at Fairbanks will talk to us, and they can not explain where our payment are, even thought we have receipts. Also the payment history they sent is a cross word puzzle of monbo jombo.
