We have also been victimized by this company, they have misplaced our payments for months, then foreclosed on us. Printing our names in the local paper and all. We recieved a letter from them admitting it was thier mistake. But never recieved an apology. They are still trying to force us to pay the foreclosure and late fees, and heaven only knows what all those other fees are for.
We have retained a lawyer recently, and for the first time in years i am sleeping at night. The lawyer took a look at the papers from ocwen and said "what the hell is this?" he almost burst out laughing at thier total lack of professional appearance.
The one suggestion i have for this site is, why so many victims of one corrupt company sharing the stories on this site. But no one is able to contact another. If all of us would come together, we could be recognised. Ocwen thrives on making us feel alone and helpless.
