I experimented with buy a house under foreclosure. The vendor was Ocwen. They breached the agreement and so I approached a lawyer to determine what state (s) I'd against Ocwen. He explained the agreement is unenforceable because of Addendum A (I). By accepting for this Addendum I've no privileges. I am SOL. Have a lawyer review this record whatever anybody says. Cash well used. I hope I did so before signing. I'll have a lawyer evaluation all files for my next present to buy.
