Today I got a notice for a pretrial conference from capital one. I have spent the last 5 hrs attempting to contact someone at the company to discuss this document. I found out that after all the energy and time I put into this, that NOBODY at capital one seems to know who is in charge of their departments.
I attempted to conatct the VP of the company and they blew me off saying that they refused to speak with me about any matters.
Even the people in the collections department told me outright that they would NOT tell me who the supervisor was nor would they name who the head of the collections department was.instead they tood the easy way out and hung up on me. The number i provided is for the corp switchboard
